This is a whiskey tonic, the 2nd cocktail I ever made for myself, and the 1st I ever pulled out of my ass.
1.75 oz Rye
.25 oz St. Germaine
.5 oz Tonic Syrup
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Stirred over rocks. Then add:
2 oz seltzer
4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Rosemary Sprig
Stir again lightly.
