This is a symmetrical old fashioned that will keep it all together for you.
1 oz Bulleit Rye
1 oz Buchanan's Scotch
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
2 barspoons Demerara Gum Syrup
Build in a glass with a large, keystone shaped ice cube.
(yes, it must be shaped like a keystone, otherwise it's just a brick)
