Tapu Taboo

This mysterious drink is all seasons in one. Juicy, dark, refreshing, and warm.

Tapu means sacred, the English translated it to the opposite and that’s how we have taboos. Go figure.

• 1 oz Cognac

• 1 oz Cinnamon Bourbon (get or blend a good one, don't use fireball)

• .5 oz Creme de Cacao

• .5 oz Simple Syrup

• .5 oz Lemon Juice

• .5 oz Orange Juice

• 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Shaken.

Serve in a coupe with orange wedge and Angostura spatters.
