Raspberry Pisco Sour

Makes 2


  • 80 g Raspberries

  • 25 ml Agave Syrup

Muddle the above, then strain, then add the rest:

  • 110 ml Pisco

  • 40 ml Lemon Juice

  • 8 - 10 dashes Fee Foam (or egg white)


Shaken (dry shake if using egg white).

Serve in a coupe. Garnish foam with Angostura Bitters, make it pretty.

Garnish with a raspberry, and maybe a sage leaf.
