Pisco Sour

• 1.5 oz Pisco

• 1 oz Cointreau

• .75 oz Lime Juice

• .5 oz Agave Syrup

• 8 - 10 dashes Fee Foam (or egg white)

Shaken (dry shake first if using egg white).

Serve in a chilled coupe.

Angostura garnish in the foam, make it pretty.
