Ginx

A great cocktail to drink at exactly the same time as your friend.

• 1.5 oz Gin (preferably Empress Gin)

• .75 oz Velvet Falernum

• .25 oz Campari

• .5 oz Tonic Syrup

• .25 oz Lemon Juice

• .5 oz Lime Juice

• 1 dash Peach Bitters

• 8 - 10 dashes of Fee Foam (or egg white)

Shaken (dry shake first if you're using egg white).

Serve in a coupe, garnish the foam with Peychaud's and Peach Bitters (make it pretty).
