Build in mixing glass:

• 1 oz Rye Whiskey

• 1 oz Averna

• .75 oz Scotch Whisky (something blended and smooth)

• .2 oz Scotch Whisky(something more peaty)

• 1 dash Tobacco Bitters

Stir.

Light a cinnamon stick, hold a chilled coupe over it.

Pour the drink.

Express an orange peel over the coupe.

Toast the orange peel.

Maraschino cherry.
