1.75 oz Blended Scotch
.75 oz Disarrono
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir over a large ice cube.
Skewer a peep. Torch it like a creme brulee.
Careful not to get it too hot, the sugar coating will dissolve too much. You just want it to caramelize and get crispy. But be sure you get the whole thing.
Stick it in the drink, right on top of the ice cube.
